The website is entirely static: it has no user accounts, no database and no forms storing data on our servers. It does not use tracking or audience measurement cookies.

The website's hosting provider may keep technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security purposes, under its own terms.

3. External forms

Applications and requests are collected via Google Forms. The data entered is hosted by Google and accessed by the PACHA-Japan team in Google Sheets, solely to:

• review your support request;
• contact you by email;
• handle the administrative follow-up of your application.

Only necessary information is requested. Data may be transferred outside your country of residence due to the use of Google services.

4. Recipients and retention
